In this paper, we study the probability of occurrence phase portraits in set random planar homogeneous polynomial vector fields, degree n. particular, for $$n=1,2,3,$$ give complete solution problem; that is, either exact value each or estimate it by using Monte Carlo method. Remarkably is all but two these are characterized index at origin and number invariant straight lines through point.
